Park City sits at 7,000 feet in the Wasatch Mountains — remarkably accessible for a place this beautiful. The short version: fly into Salt Lake City, then Uber or drive up. We’ll handle the rest on Saturday evening.
35–45 minute drive to Tuhaye
SLC is the closest major airport and has nonstop flights from nearly every U.S. hub. Delta runs a large hub here, with strong service from United, Southwest, American, and JetBlue as well. The terminal is modern and easy to navigate — expect a short walk from the gate to baggage claim.
Two easy options from the airport — both land you in Park City in well under an hour.
Simplest · no car to park
Both operate at SLC and run reliably up to Park City. Expect roughly $70–$110 to Tuhaye, a bit more during surge hours. Once in town, Ubers are generally available throughout the day. Many hotels offer local shuttle service for free. This is the easiest option if you don’t need a car during your stay.
Best if you plan to explore
All major rental agencies operate in the airport terminal right next to baggage claim. Returning the car, you drive straight into the terminal, very quick.
The drive is straightforward.
We’ll run complimentary shuttles between Old Town (in front of Courchevel Bistro) and Black Rock Mountain Resort to the venue at Tuhaye — and back.
Pick-up times and exact meeting points will be sent to you closer to the date. If you’re staying near one of those two pickup locations, leave the car — you’re all set.
